FAQ

Do you ship internationally/when will JOYRIDE be available overseas? 

We are only available in the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time although we hope to in the future! 

*We do not ship to military bases, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are you vegan/vegetarian?

We are plant-based and considered vegan.

Is it normal for my order to still show unfulfilled after a week/when will my order ship?

Yes, orders can take up to 10-14 business days to process as fulfilled, then an additional week to ship.

Are you Kosher or Halal?

No, we are neither. We have no current plans to be certified at this time, but that can change in the future!

Are you gluten-free?

Our new JOYRIDE items (Sour Strips, Cherry Berry Ropes, Strawberry Ropes Bites, Watermelon Wedges, and Soft Strawberry Licorice) that are being sold on our website are not gluten-free and contain wheat. We have no plans to launch gluten-free versions of these items at this time.

However, our legacy JOYRIDE gummies, lollis, and gum, that are available on our Amazon Store are all gluten-free.

When are you coming back in stock?

Are there tree nuts in JOYRIDE?

There are no tree nuts in our candy, but our facility is not nut-free. The facility does produce items with nuts. They are an SQF-certified facility and lines are cleaned to that standard between every production.

These are so GOOD

I have been watching Ryan Traham dor a long time now and he is my favorite youtuber. His candy is super good, but my favorite are the cherry ropes.

I love it sooooo much! I went on a diet with no other candy but JOYRIDE. Best candy ever. #1 on podium on my list. Best candy in the world and will cry happy tears if I doesn’t make #1. I LOVE JOYRIDE!! Great birth daygift

BUY THIS PRODUCT!

You guys def need to buy this pack. The best three Joyride candies, no doubt. The blue raspberry strips are sweet and tart, the cherry berry ropes are chewy and delicious, and the watermelon wedges pack a punch with flavor and fun. Best pack for sure! (My fave are the cherry berry ropes) they are all AMAZING though! The low sugar is hard to believe because this candies are crazy good! Great job Ryan and Joyride team!
