FAQ

Do you ship internationally/when will JOYRIDE be available overseas? 

We are only available in the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time although we hope to in the future! 

*We do not ship to military bases, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are you vegan/vegetarian?

We are plant-based and considered vegan.

Is it normal for my order to still show unfulfilled after a week/when will my order ship?

Yes, orders can take up to 10-14 business days to process as fulfilled, then an additional week to ship.

Are you Kosher or Halal?

No, we are neither. We have no current plans to be certified at this time, but that can change in the future!

Are you gluten-free?

Our new JOYRIDE items (Sour Strips, Cherry Berry Ropes, Strawberry Ropes Bites, Watermelon Wedges, and Soft Strawberry Licorice) that are being sold on our website are not gluten-free and contain wheat. We have no plans to launch gluten-free versions of these items at this time.

However, our legacy JOYRIDE gummies, lollis, and gum, that are available on our Amazon Store are all gluten-free.

When are you coming back in stock?

Are there tree nuts in JOYRIDE?

There are no tree nuts in our candy, but our facility is not nut-free. The facility does produce items with nuts. They are an SQF-certified facility and lines are cleaned to that standard between every production.

Amazing goal, amazing candy

Got the blue raspberry strips multiple times and we never got tired of them. The goal of making candy clean and delicious is just so fantastic. My siblings and I are so proud of Ryan and this company not to mention the amazing stuff they’ve created. We love you Ryan!

BEST CANDY EVER!!

The sour blue razz strips are hands down the best candy I’ve ever had. They’re soft, chewy, non-sticky, and they taste SO GOOD. If you haven’t tried yet, it you’re missing out

EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT !!!

These are my new healthy and tasty go to,s from now on since I used to eat the sour punch straws but didn't like the high sugar count and all the processed ingredients but with these after one bag I feel great and my sweetheart tooth is satisfied for the day 😌 no complaints here and not to mention the different flavors or new ones that get added to the collection sooner or later I'd recommend this to folks who are looking for more healthy options and care about there health
