FAQ

Do you ship internationally/when will JOYRIDE be available overseas? 

We are only available in the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time although we hope to in the future! 

*We do not ship to military bases, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are you vegan/vegetarian?

We are plant-based and considered vegan.

Is it normal for my order to still show unfulfilled after a week/when will my order ship?

Yes, orders can take up to 10-14 business days to process as fulfilled, then an additional week to ship.

Are you Kosher or Halal?

No, we are neither. We have no current plans to be certified at this time, but that can change in the future!

Are you gluten-free?

Our new JOYRIDE items (Sour Strips, Cherry Berry Ropes, Strawberry Ropes Bites, Watermelon Wedges, and Soft Strawberry Licorice) that are being sold on our website are not gluten-free and contain wheat. We have no plans to launch gluten-free versions of these items at this time.

However, our legacy JOYRIDE gummies, lollis, and gum, that are available on our Amazon Store are all gluten-free.

Are there tree nuts in JOYRIDE?

There are no tree nuts in our candy, but our facility is not nut-free. The facility does produce items with nuts. They are an SQF-certified facility and lines are cleaned to that standard between every production.

Yum

This candy is my absolute favorite. It feels good not to be eating bad stuff in my candy. I love Ryan and his team. I always did not like candy that is apparently healthy because of the artificial sugar but this is sooooooo good! Please give it a try.

Best flavor EVER

The taste is just so sweet and with the bags in a better formula, its the best tasting flavor out of all of them. Keep it up Ryan!!!

Don’t waste your tongue on anything else!!

Eating this is like a sweet make out! The tongue is happy, while the belly smiles. One will forget the sorrows of life while eating this delectable strip of joy. Mommas cooking has nothing on this delicious, feel good candy. If I could give 10 stars I would. This product will have you seeing stars!
