FAQ

Do you ship internationally/when will JOYRIDE be available overseas? 

We are only available in the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time although we hope to in the future! 

*We do not ship to military bases, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are you vegan/vegetarian?

We are plant-based and considered vegan.

Is it normal for my order to still show unfulfilled after a week/when will my order ship?

Yes, orders can take up to 10-14 business days to process as fulfilled, then an additional week to ship.

Are you Kosher or Halal?

No, we are neither. We have no current plans to be certified at this time, but that can change in the future!

Are you gluten-free?

Our new JOYRIDE items (Sour Strips, Cherry Berry Ropes, Strawberry Ropes Bites, Watermelon Wedges, and Soft Strawberry Licorice) that are being sold on our website are not gluten-free and contain wheat. We have no plans to launch gluten-free versions of these items at this time.

However, our legacy JOYRIDE gummies, lollis, and gum, that are available on our Amazon Store are all gluten-free.

Are there tree nuts in JOYRIDE?

There are no tree nuts in our candy, but our facility is not nut-free. The facility does produce items with nuts. They are an SQF-certified facility and lines are cleaned to that standard between every production.

Durability rating: Withstands time

My sister is a natural foods broke and sent me a bag of joyride red ropes in 2022 thru the mail; from west coast to Indiana. I opened them and tried them and then somehow they went and hid in the depths of my pantry. Fast forward to me today… I watch a this silly guy on the tube of you.. and lo and behold he’s talking about that joyride! I have a flash back to that bag I swore I once had and dig it out. Today is Feb 2025.. bag “expired” in 2023. I’m snacking on these ropes today and they taste just as good as the first day! Somehow candy made with love and no sugar can withstand the test of time! Maceo says hi Spock and likes to watch me enjoy my JOYRIDE ! 😎

I can’t stop eating it

Joyride is my favorite candy of all time and it doesn’t even have to be a guilty pleasure because it’s low in sugar.
