FAQ

Do you ship internationally/when will JOYRIDE be available overseas? 

We are only available in the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time although we hope to in the future! 

*We do not ship to military bases, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Are you vegan/vegetarian?

We are plant-based and considered vegan.

Is it normal for my order to still show unfulfilled after a week/when will my order ship?

Yes, orders can take up to 10-14 business days to process as fulfilled, then an additional week to ship.

Are you Kosher or Halal?

No, we are neither. We have no current plans to be certified at this time, but that can change in the future!

Are you gluten-free?

Our new JOYRIDE items (Sour Strips, Cherry Berry Ropes, Strawberry Ropes Bites, Watermelon Wedges, and Soft Strawberry Licorice) that are being sold on our website are not gluten-free and contain wheat. We have no plans to launch gluten-free versions of these items at this time.

However, our legacy JOYRIDE gummies, lollis, and gum, that are available on our Amazon Store are all gluten-free.

When are you coming back in stock?

Are there tree nuts in JOYRIDE?

There are no tree nuts in our candy, but our facility is not nut-free. The facility does produce items with nuts. They are an SQF-certified facility and lines are cleaned to that standard between every production.

Got smashed but still delicious

In shipping, it got completely flattened and that was sad, but the taste was happy. Still gets 5 stars, but maybe think about how it could ship better. Thanks for making smarter candy. Will buy again!

Will it laser?

I got mine from Target and since I did not see it online I figured we can leave the review here:

This was really good and I enjoyed it before I lasered it. After I lasered it with my laser it with my laser it was a hot mess. I still totally recommend this to sour lovers everywhere!
